as for partials a datek rep once explained to me via email reply that odd lots don't get presented to the market - they stay local to island only - of course this could have been the excuse du jour - no telling with datek anyway - so if it doesnt fill because another ISLD order can't fill it then you're SOL -- datek says too bad - BTW we've got your 9.99 - lol
