Wow. How long was that going on. That's scary. I hope you go back once again and have them correct that. Who's resposible. This could cost literally millions of dollars if it's not caught. Is there any way to find out specifically who made the decision that permitted this to happen, oversight or no oversight. That person needs to be scrutinized more closely or let go if it's a pattern that can be determined. This is a really big deal. Easy to trivialize but I don't think it can be taken too lightly. There are other questions. How long was this going on. Are there instances where people are buying many CD's and not getting charged for everything. This is a symptom as much as anything else. How much responsibility is management taking for this. Which manager was in charge. Are there other areas of our business that are being misdirected as this element. I really think it's owed to all of us to get an explanation. I would like to know who what and what was done as a follow up. Especially since the problem still seems to be there. It has not been properly delt with. Sorry to ramble on but big companies never get to be big by letting things like this to happen twice in a row. But lots of small companies stay small or watch their competition eat their lunch while they continue to make bad decisions. A bad decision is at the root of this. Who made the decision? sword
