(having never experienced personally experienced a problem with one of their products) God forbid that you do. After my system crashed and 9hr on the phone with 7 tech people, they decided that I had backed up with defective tapes.( Iomega Tapes) They exchanged the tapes. I paid the shipping which was $1.57 higher than I could have bought the tapes for. And one of the tapes had already been labeled in ink as if it had already been used. So I set here with a brand new Ditto drive that I am afraid to use. (They refused to check it out if I shipped to them.) Good luck with your Jazz drive and IOM stock. Jim Ray
