Hi, Christine: I just got the following e-mail from a friend of mine, and I couldn't quite figure out what it meant. I thought she had a good time, but apparently not: I'm glad you had a great time on saturday night...quite frankly, you should have...I haven't lost all respect for you but if there was any doubt in my mind that I should have more seriously considered a romantic relationship with you, it was completely squelched...your behavior was inexcusable...I might have expected as much from someone in high school or even college...but you're nearly 30 for christ's sake...grow up...you deliberately got drunk so you could have an excuse to try and grope me all evening...you embarrassed me and most importantly, you made a total ass of yourself...i've been to alot of formal dances and have had my share of bad date experiences, but i've never been treated so disrespectfully in my life...your inappropriate comments and most importantly your constant attempts to cop a feel were totally out of line...i was your date but not your groping post... what makes me the most disappointed was your attitude on the phone last night... this bullshit about not remembering anything...yeah, right...you were drunk but not totally incapacitated...you knew full well what you were doing... needless to say, dinner is not an option...not now and not ever... amy p.s. even your email title was completely fucking offensive
