I just found out about this company and found this board! It is hard to believe the lack of interest in a company as strong financially in a field which is recession proof and growing rapidly. Canadian ATM / ATS systems are quite a bit further along than in the USA but there is no question about the growth going on in this sector! IF contracts continue to come on board we should see a continuing growth in income and net book value but the company is going to need additional capital to grow and raising this capital while a BB stock is going to be difficult. The only method I can see is through a merger with a listed company. Valuation on takeover ($2.00?) It is hard to get a feel for the value of technology and ongoing customer base but it must be substantial and not reflected in the company valuation! I personally have lost in BB stocks and really, really dislike taking long term positions but I am interested in this company's story and will likely break my own rules to take up a position for a six month hold waiting for further developments. At least the downside here is limited to about 15% with an upside of l00% and these odds I can accept!
