anyone else want to comment on idtc's customer service and any positive or negative experiences? only pointing out even with your terrible customer service, the price/product compelled you to endure to renew. ofcourse as shareholders we want positive customer experience, especially when they are collecting your money or taking care of a problem or answering a quesition.
