IBM will continue to make DRAM, and Siemans probably will as well. I note that in your list, Hyundai is conspicuous by its absence. I expect that with the Fujitsu news this stock will be north of 65 again tomorrow.

As for RDRAM, I think all makers will ramp production and MU will get no special profits from early RDRAM production. I do think that it remains to be seen how many people will be willing to pay the extra 50% for RDRAM, and I have my doubts whether it will ever dominate RAM to the extent SDRAM does today. But any production of RDRAM will accelerate the time of DRAM shortage because RDRAM takes 25% more silicon than SDRAM, and therefore RDRAM is good for MU.
