OT RE: without AMAT there would be no CSCO Without CYMER (CYMI), there would be no AMAT. Cymer makes the laser that goes into the scanners/steppers, which make the chips which go into your hubs <VBG>. CYMER owns the market for this equipment that yields .25 microns and below, and is still undervalued IMHO.
