AV cookies There were so many chips in the cookies, you wouldn't know burn from melted chocolate(kids doing). BTW-cookies were delicious and it might be the mile high altitude calibration issue here that allowed the cookies to be more flat then high and more gooey/chewy than cakey. Whatever the reason, it was fantastic since this is the way I like my cookies. Finally a recipe that is both good and provides the correct constitutional makeup. Waistline was already out of kilter but these cookies make it all worth the calories.
