With that behind us, has anyone gotten an answer as to why these things have happened and a name attached to them and what has happened to that person? A catch all answer, it was hastings, it was the computer, our schedule was too tight etc., is a sign of no one taking responsibility and also a sign that these bad decisions will haunt us into the future. sword
