I dont feel like the net stocks have redefined OVERVALUED. I think what is happening in the net is very similar to what happened to radio stocks. Any time a new medium is encountered, curiosity drives people to pay more attention to the medium. This can explain the extreme interest in internet stocks. As I recall, the radio stocks never really took a large hit as many say the internet stocks will. I dont feel like interest in the internet is going to calm any time soon. I feel like it would take a very sudden disinterest in the stocks to cause a major crash and I don't see that happening any time soon. (if ever) I think it will be a slow gradual acceptance, and because of this these stocks should be able to hold their own. However, I am just a peon so who knows...
