Eric... I think the rumor is that OMPT will bid on the Chicago license and SBC/Pac Bell Wireless will bid on the Dallas license. These are the two major cities that desperately need a GSM carrier to help complete national coverage. It will be interesting to see what happens if OMPT is bought-out before the auctions start.
