I understood that the bulk of this money was to be spent to integrate the TXN facilities, rather than specifically for switching production to Rambus.

We have to wait to see how successful MU's shrink to 0.18 is before we can accurately assess how many RDRAM can be produced. So, too, does Micron at this stage.
