He has had venture capital in the past ,1986, and still failed to get some contracts out. This is weird. Since you know the CEO, why don't you give him a call? He may be more receptive towards you than towards a stranger. Try to find out what happened to the other contracts. Why were they never completed as anticipated. thanks
