I'm the kind of optimist that looks at the positive side of everything, but at these valuations, Howard Hughes comes to mind... When Mr. Hughes was asked by a reporter how he made his enormous wealth. Mr. Hughes responded "Quite simply ---- Buy when everyone was selling, and sell when everyone was buying."
