I have a question that makes me worry all the time: Why AT&T must use ATHM to deliver Internet service via TCI? AT&T already has a WorldNet service that is similar to @Home's portal. What benefit does ATHM give AT&T that AT&T can't provide? I feel that AT&T could sell all of its ATHM shares. In my mind, that is a tremenduous risk factor. I've seen all kinds of discussion here. But I don't remember I've seen one post that was addressed to this issue.
