Benny: I have re-read your posts -and mine - and still don't know in what way I have misquoted you. Or offended you. I quoted you to the effect that Q4 will show an operating loss. On the Yahoo thread, Roktor is saying the same thing. Because I have a lot invested in MRVC (and like you also have an overall loss) I pay close attention to all prospective developments in the company and was surprised. Unless the loss is the result of big increases in R&D and SGA (Sales and General Administration) expenses and/or special charges it will be very negative for our company. IMHO. For reasons that are set forth in my post of yesterday I don't buy the negative thesis and am sceptical of negative information coming from company sources (such as missing a product cycle). Therefore, February 12th is going to be a very exciting day for us. I am sorry for misquoting you. I apologize. Bruce
