I thnk the reason they sold Oh! La! La! was that it was just doing about break-even business or a small loss...I think it was a good move...they needed a little cash...and it is better than issuing more shares... Also, they will make more money on francise fees and royalties as we go into the future and not as much on copany-owned franchises...revenues are good from company-owned franchises, but after operating expenses does not contribute as much to the bottom line as will royalties and fees... Franchising is like an MLM strategy...the more people in your downline the more money you make.... just my opinion... (Every day I still see this at 5/8 I can not resist...bought another 2800 this morning...)
