Bonnie,

I expect the underperformance in Utilities will continue for the forseeable future. But, if the market averages 30% a year for the next 5 years, and the Utilities only average 12 to 15, would your feelings be hurt? <g>

Straight index funds should be at least a small part of most people's portfolio, to be purchased on this snap down in mid Feb.
