That would make the buy-out at approximately $73.75. Not much of a premium over the current market price. Factor in the possibility that the deal does not close and ASND is probably fairly valued now at approximately a 3.5% discount from the offer.

That assumes the article is correct. Might even see selling in ASND at the current levels with arbs filling in on any profitable drop in price.

What that does for us is not known...until it happens. Could be we raise as the only pure play left. Could be we did not get a date, and we stay home and cry. The latter is not really possible, in my opinion, given the fundamentals that the company has shown of late.

I think the track shoes need their laces tied.
