As a follow-up, Mary, your argument is a case study in reasoning not to invest in any penny stock, ever. Most fail, but some do succeed. You do your due diligence, buy into a concept and hope that management can successfully implement that concept. Dr. Mitchell has made many smart moves in the scant 6 months the company has been in existence, adding legitimacy, focus and actual SALES to the companyes' bottem line. It may not pan out, but it does seem to be on the right track - and the Joe Namath point is a good one, I doubt he'd risk his reputation without a little investigation of his own. This company doesn't appear to me to be a scam (whcih would be all hype and no substance), but rather a rsiky start up business with some achievements under its belt but yet alot more to prove if its going to be a success.
