I use Vocaltec's (VOCLF) Internet phone (I-Phone). The quality is good and improving. VOCLF is a "pure" play on the internet phone. I make overseas calls weekly. Havn't paid a dime. I know there is a problem with people cracking the registration code, but considering most people have trouble rebooting their computer, I don't think this will be a major setback. The future of voice communications over the internet and intranet seem promising.
