Before that, pranksters here struck courthouses, office buildings and a busy department store, creating chaotic evacuations and mass quarantines, all with the same terrifying, one-word threat: anthrax. -- cont'd -- >> I am surprised some of these incidents havn't caused an intraday impact on the markets and the POG. First time that I have heard of them.
