CTI Receives 'Full Reporting Status' From the Securities and Exchange Commission

OGDEN, Utah, Jan. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Computerized Thermal Imaging, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: COII) (CTI), a leader in the development of medical thermal imaging, announced today that the Securities and Exchange Commission has declared effective the Company's registration statement with respect to the resale of its securities filed on Form SB-2 pursuant to the Securities Act of 1933. Additionally, the Company has registered its securities under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As a result, the company is a "fully reporting company" under the securities laws of the United States.
