Cadus Announces Decision by U.S. Patent Office
to Re-Examine Patent at Issue in Sibia Lawsuit
biz.yahoo.com

The re-examination by the Patent Office is
independent of the verdict by the jury. The Patent
Office makes its own determination of patentability.
A final decision by the Patent Office that the claims
of the '629 patent are invalid would take precedence
over the jury verdict

Possible trade: If SIBI slips a bit today,
a person could hold a few extra shares for the
inevitable Sibia response later this week.

The jury found that the methods used by Cadus infringed
all eleven claims of the patent asserted by SIBIA and
that the patent was valid and enforceable.

Unfortunately my wife is not a patent attny, but
eleven for eleven is pretty good...remember Spinal Tap?
