BOYSTOYS.com ACQUIRES INTERNET MERCHANT CARD SERVICES FIRMS

La Jolla, CA--January 10, 1999-- BoysToys.com, Inc (OTCBB: GRLZ) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to purchase Adult Verification System (AVS) and KEYZ.com.

AVS, established in 1996, is the oldest and most respected verification system on the Internet today and provides total turnkey merchant card services and customer service to 120,000 members of adult Internet subscriber sites. Subscribers of AVS can access over 2,400 adult Internet sites by becoming a member.

KEYZ.com is a membership database management system for non-adult and adult web sites that provide all merchant account and customer service functions.

Combined revenues for 1998 exceeded $3,000,000 with pretax profits of $885,000.

Ralph Amato, CEO of BoysToys.com, stated " The acquisition of AVS and KEYZ.com will establish BoysToys.com as a major player in the adult Internet arena and will enhance the company's ability to provide additional services and media content to their 2,400 established adult sites".

BoysToys.com is a media content and services provider for adult related Internet sites. Adult Internet subscriber sites represent the single largest segment of E-Commerce on the Internet today.
