Thanks - It seems from two email and 3 PMs that Soctia is no faster using the cable modem meaning the entire problem is on their end with no hope in sight. This, in effect, elimintaes Scotia from being able to offer anything online to anyone trading in a fast market. I will not post anything further on this subject on this thread as it is better suited on the other thread.
