Time is about up for Jacobs to decide on bankruptcy. In fact, it's past the 60 day period. Is there a buyer (cash-rich Churchill Downs) in the wings? Maybe even Laurel-Pimlico's De Francis?

What will become of that gem of a little track in the middle of nowheresville?

Is there money to be made at current 11/16th? Or down the drain with bankruptcy?

Since it's beyond the 60 days, does that mean negotiations may be in progress with a buyer?

Lots of questions. No answers--Anyone have a thought?
