gc, I knew that post wasn't intended for me. I was simply pointing out that your posts always seem to be either/or.....either you own psft or you own internets. The Player's point about risk/reward is worth reading again. The reward on PSFT is certainly not at the same level as the potential on some of the internets but then again the risk is not the same either. By this I'm not saying to run out and buy PSFT. I'm simply saying that each of us has to analyze our own situation and make our investment decisions accordingly.

I have seen posts referring to the PSFT turnaround. I don't see this as a turnaround situation since the company has simply changed from being a high growh/high flyer to a more mature company with lower (but still more than acceptable)growth expectations. There is nothing wrong with 30% growth from a $1B+ company and all that has happened here is that the stock price has adjusted to reflect this change.

Everyone on this thread is not a trader and to tell the Player to sell his PSFT because of a runup due to a buyout rumor is approaching this from a trading perspective vs. investment.
