ZP; Agreed; research done, just click. I did that ordering the printer from buy.com. With the bundle, there were a lot of additional components & I wanted to walk through my choices.
TC does have online ordering; suspect they may have evolved into it, so also have an 800 #. Buy.com does not have an 800 #. They give you one for inquiries after you place an order.
As someone had indicated that they planned to call TC on Monday, I thought to post that calls can be made on weekends. Also that anyone with expertise (esp from this thread) might find the person responding a bit dim or might get lucky. If anyone wants to call, it took me about 45 mins to get thru. Sunday was faster.

ps about how many people on the thread do you think have operating overclocked celerons?
