And then again, these shares may be in strong hands to try and recoup their losses. Remember, if there was tax selling in this stock, it came in the October to November time frame. December, the stock held fast at low levels, and in late December started moving upward on little volume. On 12/18, I tried to buy 20,000 shares at .179. Although a trade was posted for 20,000 shares, they only gave me 7,500 shares and said the other 12,500 shares was an institutional trade and were kept bu the marketmakers. I had to fill the rest of my order on December 21 at .23 and .24 respectively, and I was only able to get 17,500 shares total. DLJ tried to get my order filled at .179 on 12/21, but were told there was no stock. They are still trying to get shares.
