I was thinking of a PBS show I saw which happened to include
a russian ice breaker which had been chartered to bring
child musicians from around the world for a kind of peace-fest
love-fest song-fest. It struck me that one could begin the
new century on top of the world.

but - somebody has probably already booked it :)
