After reading the release, I would venture a guess that it is the gold mine. After all, GIFS would need a major capital infusion to open it up and they don't seem to have that at the moment. However, there would be no reason that they wouldn't bring in a "white knight" to save them as well as assist them in extracting the minerals. If there really are $180 million in proven reserves there, I would say that this what is being discussed.
