IT's the MO, particularly you guys who I'm now convinced are
shills that come over here hype MDIN, by making a case against
DAY. No one on SI should really know the merits of that law suit
just because someone says something don't make it true.
Had you stayed on the MDIN thread and bashed day I wouldn't have
been convinced of the MO.
All this apologetic patronizing grabage followed by a
BUT, or However , IS very much the way most politicians try to operate , and I have verytoleranceolarance for it.
It's called Adversative ideas, two propositions
united in opposition to each other by conjunctions such as "but" "yet" "however" or "although", this form of logic falls to the limits of reasoning by deduction, when you mix the two and you have a probable dilemma. Dilemma ie ; disjoin or expressing an alternative between two opposites as a conclusion, ( instead of as a premise to lead to a conclusion) the major premise consist
of a disjunctive proposition, and the minor premise consist of conditional "but" type propositions, each of which takes one member of the disjunction, and from it deduces a conclusion to undermine the opposite, this is a complex Adversative argument. ie rhetoric..

The merits or discredits of the Law suit is a matter for the courts,
to put it on trial here is at best disingenuous, We can reasonable
assume that a MDIN crew got run off of some property in Chile,
and that DAY was in some way involved. ( THAT's IT ) we know
MDIN filed a suite here in the STATES , for what happened in Chile ?
I don't believe in that kind of crap, or the people who try to
pull it. The matter is for the courts in Chile and that's that.

Because of all this I did visit the MDIN home page, and
looked at their posted so called "financial" report. It's
Make up was so unorthodox, I could see at a glance the SEC
would never accept such a rag tag filing. If they are attempting
to be on the up and up the least they could do is prepare a
close match to a 10Q, unless they intend to stay a BB:OTC
for as long as they last.

Last as for the shill part I visited your profile , as well as
that of some others on MDIN, and the dedication of posts to the
MIDN thread is very peculiar , not normal at all for a regular SI posters; who will post on a much more variety of threads; one can only conclude you only own one stock, or your a paid shill to hype MDIN.
I will add if that is your goal, you are shooting yourself in the
foot by trying to build up MDIN by bashing DAY, most people are
not dumb enough to buy into that modus operandi.

I've said all this before , and could go on and on, but I do have
some other investments that need my attention more that this,
if any thing you yourself have convinced me MDIN is a scam, even if that wasn't your intention.
