Moody's upgrades their ranking on Omnipoint bonds to B2-stable according to a press release I read this morning. They were quite pleased by the results of the recent DEF PCS band auction. They still feel that Omnipoint may be spreading themselves too thin by not concentrating on their core market -- the northeast. Overall, things are looking up..
