Look at JBOH's balance sheet that explains share price..

See jboxford.com

Decreases revenues, increasing operating costs, losses instead of prior year's earnings.

However, on the positive side has been recent change in management, major restructuring to eliminate costs, eliminating under or non performing office locations, and buying back of options and debentures.

Also liked that when current CEO got fired, he lost his options. (Harsh but necessary). Reducing options and convertibles reduces further possibility of dilution which is very good. The buy back of the converts was very very reassuring.

JBOH really does need to redesign webpage. However, trading isn't as bad as some, but not as good as many. Read the fine print of Ameritrade and you'll know what I mean.

JBOH looks decent as a "turn-around" situation in hot sector ie "online trading". JBOH's next 10-Q should be very interesting. Worth taking a position. A lot of growth potential for revenues and earnings due to internet trading. A "cheap E-trade".

Regarding ELON...I think it can easily run to mid twenties. Noticed after hours, it was trading over 9....So playing the gap Monday will be very chancey..

Stock may gap then recede...before second run.

or

Stock may gap and keep running.

Will watch closely prior to the bell, and place my LIMIT order accordingly.

Second scenario may happen because no one has heard of it. Once institutions start buying with 5,000,000 float..BANG!

Could have a large run and then a 3 or 4 for 1 split (because of small float and large demand) very quickly...

If I buy it and it runs...may just hold long or trade out of part of my position in mid-twenties. Though I'm kicking myself for not buying when ELOn was less then 2. (Should have noted a Director bought 75,000 shares in November).
