Have to think that the market doesn't like Freidland or those investors who lost major dollars buying ING on the IPO are still gun shy. The current share price looks like a bargain given the long term earning potential of that copper mine but a fast buck on share price seems still unlikely.

No reason for the company to promote when nobody is interested in resource companies and they don't need financing. I'd like to buy now but there seems to be no reason to rush.
