I have heard estimates of 7 or 8 for the resteraunt business. Its seems logical to assume after the spinoff the stock will be no worse than the 34 its at now. This would value the stock at 41-42 a share. My belief is by the end of the year we will have some slowdown in the economy which would move investors to consumer nondurables. If this would to occur The stock could easily be valued at 45-49 per share. I see little downside past $32 a share. This will be a boring stock I presume for awhile, but possible 30-50 percent price movement by end of 1997. Watch for the end of March when portfolio managers start to window dress- may see some price increase at that time.
