Agreed, ZP. Removeable hard drives are much faster and much more convenient than media like zip or LS-120, and the prices on them have been dropping much more sharply and consistently.

That's actually the best price I've seen on LS-120 media (even buy.com doesn't go below $5.95 a disk,) which means costs mount rapidly.

I don't want to re-open the HDD vs. other backup media discussion, so I should stress again Sean's point that some kind of removable media--something like Jaz, zip, or perhaps ideally an optical medium like CD-RW--should also be part of the backup solution.
