OT - Cheap, fast, no frills on-line discount brokerage?

I'm just freakin' fed up with Ameritrade. One hour fill reports, slow-assed web server, nobody answering the phones, commissions that don't show up in the statements... It's not worth even the $8 a trade.

Anybody had a stellar experience with a broker that, like Ameritrade, allows you to download transactions directly to Quicken? Besides Datek?
