Jon,

First of all, I would have broken it into 3 trades of 4000 each at suretrade. I have read their fee schedule.

I use NDB online. Sometimes I have trouble getting through, but mostly I get reasonable to good execution and fees are 14.75 for market and 19.75 for limit orders. Also, all trades on same side of same stock will be covered at a single trade fee.

Some people still like e-trade. Don't know their fee structure.
