ENTU will be presenting at multiple conferences over the next 2 months:

Robertson-Stephens later this month and Montgomery and Goldman Sachs in Early February.

Should give it some hype.

ENTU was getting discounted relative to VRSN because VRSN has been telling everyone that companies want to outsource their PKI and VRSN has a superior model due to its subscription-based/recurring revenue model. But now ENTU can go tell everyone (at upcoming conferences) that VRSN's strategy may work for smaller companies but big companies (and those with big IT $$$) want to build their own PKI.

ENTU sells the software/tools to build your own system so its revenues could be more boom/bust than VRSN's. Hopefully there is a big boom before a backend loaded quarter comes upon us.

Current VRSN/ENTU Comparison:

ENTU = 50shs x $33stkprice = $1,650
ENTU Revenue Size: Q4 = $13.6mm 1998 = $47.5mm 1999 = $76.2mm

VRSN = 23shs x $78stkprice = $1,794
VRSN Revenue Size: Q4 = $12.3mm 1998 = $32.1mm 1999 = $72.8mm
