I have one over clocked at 450 now and then. Has never had a problem with the programs I pace it with and the store I bought the components from overclock them as well (epo in houston) I haven't kept it overclocked long yet as it is warmer than I like and just wanted to "test drive" untill I can get a better cooling solution than the sink that comes with it. But no problems with it.
Can you do something to overclock the PII 450's?
