Ram,

Nothing against Matt Fong.

But I think getting Walt Disney's CEO/Chairman Esner will
boost ESS stock value immediately.

ESS is getting into consumer market. It needs some heavyweights
in that area. Of course, Craig Mundie of Microsoft will be a
valuable board director for ESS as well. Craig is in charge of
consumer platform division, Microsoft as a senior vice president.

He bought WebTV in 1997. It has not turned much profits for Microsoft,
alliance with ESS might give Microsoft/ESS's consumer effort some
real ammunition.

Any comments?
