So many questions. I'll answer them tonight. I don't want to spend my lunch break on them yet. I'll answer one for now. One question you talk about is correct. The 5 year licences. That is an old law and was changed 1992. All concessions staked before 1992 had to comply with this and yes you can lose the concession. More later. Cheers
