Ok, they're both evil. So why don't the CCs stop doing what they don't like others doing. (But, but, everybody does it)

I agree that in these PC days often left is right and right is wrong. Look at how the partisan voting on impeachment by the demos is virtuous, but the same by the reps is petty.

My point is that there should be severe restrictions on what the gov. can get involved in and Joe Blow's pet peaves don't get special consideration even if he leads a heard full of voters.

If you think that (fill in moral outrage) is wrong, for instance, then become a minister, not a politician/legislator.
