Mike, it looks like Dayton's been tossed a life preserver. I'm not holding my breath waiting for their assets to be awarded to MDIN! Besides, let's see MDIN follow through on drilling, JV, and becoming a fully-reporting company, apart from any Dayton issues. A court decision in our favor would be nice, but I hope we're not hanging our hat on it. P.S. Today is January 11th ... holidays are over... everyone back to work in Chile? I hope?
