Of course there wasn't, addlepate. There was an arbitration clause in AZNT's contract with WellRich.

they were not served, they did not appear, they can account for there where abouts & do not participate in any arbitration if there is any

Prove it.

Tell us, Gary, about your distribution agreement with AZNT. Have you ever been given any free stock, or stock priced below market, in exchange for promoting their products? (If so, watch out! I'm sure Mikey'll cancel it one day!)
