Your first point is interesting in that they have not publicly indicated any great deal of optimism about the next quarter, however, they are in the midst of a product transition and who knows - maybe they do have big aspirations for the first quarter based on new product sales.

As to your point re: having worked for a small company which shipped to local warehouses in order to get product out. I don't know who your auditors were, but in the tech industry, revenue recognition is strictly prohibited under these circumstances unless a ship in place agreement has been signed by both parties. This is type of thing is very highly scrutinized by the SEC.

I recall a Company in the Biotech industry doing much the same thing (without the appropriate ship in place documentation etc...) and causing a certain Big Six Accounting firm to be sued. Names etc... withheld due to former associations of mine.

Please don't tell anyone the name of the Company you used to work for, least of all the name of the accountants. We CPA's have enough trouble with frivolous lawsuits (read Shiva) - no need to give away those with potential merit - HA ! HA !

Regards,

Mike
