OT - Anyone looking for cheap real time quotes, try www.mytrack.com It's $19.95 a month plus about $11.00 for NYSE, NASDAQ, and options exchange fees. You can download the software and try it out with a 20 minute delay. Quotes dynamically update. You can update to real time quotes online and have them immediately. Pretty decent. FWIW.
